Windows has been committed to supplying high
quality custom windows and luxury doors proudly
made in Canada. Our dedication to high standards
has made Nepean Windows one of Ottawa’s oldest
established window and door companies.
Nepean Windows was
originally opened as Budget Windows in the
1970s. However times change and the word budget
began to be equated with lesser or lower
quality. It was recognized that the best way to
survive in this competitive industry and
demanding market was to provide not only
competitive prices but exceptional quality
products at prices that didn’t break the bank.
It was decided in 1981 to change the name to
Nepean Windows & Patio Rooms Ltd.

customers has been just one of the main reasons
for a steady growth pattern over many years.
Nepean Windows is staffed by seasonal well
experienced professionals who have all the
answers when it comes to beautifying your home
and making it more energy efficient. We believe
that a product is only as good as the manner in
which it is installed. Our installers are highly

Staff Profiles
Owner
Operator Mr. Bob Robertson took over the
operations over seventeen (17) years ago and to
this day oversees and participates in the
companies daily operations. Mr. Robertson
better known to his customers as “Bob” has been
in the window and door installation and
servicing industry for well over twenty (25)
years. His well versed knowledge and hands on
direct experience make him one of the last long
standing professional trade personal in the
industry. Bob prides himself on his honest no
nonsense approach to business and takes great
care to ensure all customers are treated in a
professional and friendly manner. Bob considers
all our customers as part of the Nepean Window
Family.
Mrs.
Sandra Hall / General Manager. Sandra has
been with us for over Three (3) years now and
oversees all daily operations of the company
from scheduling all order arrivals and booking
new customer installs, managing the staff and
assisting our existing clients with any warranty
matters or aftermarket services. Sandra’s back
ground consist of a Degree in Business
Administration and Human Resources. She has
worked with major companies such as Compaq, SHL
Systemhouse and KPMG where she worked in their
accounting department. Her years of professional
experience and diverse knowledge of business
administration are a great asset to our team and
she keeps operations running at optimum
performance level.
Mr.
Kelly Searson / Sales Manager: Kelly has
recently joined our Team this past year and
brings a new found business integrity to the
industry. Kelly prides him self on his excellent
customer service and enjoys assisting customers
over seeing their home renovation projects from
beginning to end. Kelly has over twenty five
(25) years of extensive experience in
sales/management/marketing and overall business
development in a variety of industries. His
knowledge of the industry and professionalism
compliment the executive team at Nepean Windows
and doors.
